Photos, Images & Project Data
We collect photos, annotations, tags, measurements, and project notes you capture or upload within the app. This data is stored locally on your device and is not shared with third parties unless you explicitly export or share it.
Location Data
We collect approximate and precise location data to:
- Tag projects with location information
- Automatically fill address fields
- Enhance project organisation
Location data is stored locally and included in reports only when you choose to export or share them.
Account Information (Email)
We collect your email address for authentication through Supabase (email OTP login). This is required to secure trial eligibility and subscription usage limits across reinstalls.
Subscription & Usage Data
We store subscription state and usage limits in Supabase to prevent abuse and enforce limits.
Purchase History
We collect purchase and subscription information through RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. This information is used solely for payment processing, subscription management, fraud prevention, and support.

Children's Privacy
PlanScale is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Data Retention
Local project data remains until deleted or the app is uninstalled. Subscription and usage data is retained while your account is active or as required for compliance. Purchase history is retained by RevenueCat per their own retention policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time by changing the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of PlanScale after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
