Deletion Request

Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered. Please read the steps below before proceeding.

Send us a deletion email
Use the button below to email us. Include the email address linked to your PlanScale account and any relevant details.

We verify your identity
Our team will confirm your account ownership before processing the request to prevent unauthorised deletions.

Data is permanently removed
Your account, subscription data, and any server-side records are deleted. Local app data can be removed via Settings → Reset All Data.

This action is permanent and irreversible. All account data, subscription history, and usage records will be erased. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.
